What time is check-in and check-out?

Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. While we will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 p.m.

Do rooms have accessibility access?

We have a limited number of designated accessibility guestrooms

Are pets allowed?

We welcome service animals.

Are there any parking fees?

Yes, Parking fee is $15 per night. Outdoor parking lot, Limited to 1 vehicle per room reservation

What is the policy regarding cancellations?

If amended or cancelled before 4:00 PM -3days or 72hours prior arrival, no fees will be charged. If amended / cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of first 1 night’s room & tax charge will be applied

Is cash payment accepted?

We only accept debit or credit cards

Do you have rooms with kitchen?

Yes, our Suites have full kitchens.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is complimentary and is accessible in the guest rooms

Is the pool limited to guests only?

Yes, only registered guests may use our pool.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, Outdoor Pool is open from 9am-9pm

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included. We offer complimentary Espresso Bar in the Lobby from 6am-11am. On site cafe ‘The Picnic Basket’ is open 7am-4pm, prices vary

Is there a hot tub?

Yes, Open 8am – 10pm. Fire Pit: Dusk to 10pm
